Where’s the Beef? Building for sale

The former Wendy’s building on U.S. 19 — which was briefly the proposed site of a Beef ‘O’ Brady’s franchise — is once again on the market.

According to Perry City Manager Bob Brown, the recent work seen underway at the site was to bring the building up to code and in compliance with the city’s U.S. 19 appearance ordinance.
