Harvey Samuel Davis

Harvey Samuel Davis, 54, of Perry, passed away peacefully at his home on March 3, 2018, after an extended illness. Harvey was born Aug. 29, 1963, in Valdosta, Ga., to Laura Ann (Wiggins) Davis and Franklin Dee Davis.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Laura Ann (Wiggins) Davis and Franklin Dee Davis; and his brothers, Robert Michael Davis and Sherwin Lewis Davis Sr.

He is survived by: his daughter, Carmen (Benji) Dorman; four grandchildren, Hannah Dorman, Bryanne Dorman, Gage Dorman and Conner Dorman, all of Perry; and his brother, Larry Davis of Perry; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, March 24, at 4 p.m. at his daughter and son-in-law’s (Carmen and Benji) home. All friends and family are invited to attend.
