Gone…but not forgotten: April 17 marked 19th anniversary of Severance murder

In one of the final photographs detectives have of 1999 murder victim Genevieve Severance, she faces the camera with bright eyes and an open, warm smile.

The Clearwater native had been a teen bride, but at 39, was estranged from her husband of 22 years.
