Drug sweep nets 16 for coke sales, possession

Some 16 street and mid-level alleged drug dealers were swept up in the first round of arrests made following an 18-month undercover operation by the Perry Police Department (PPD) narcotics unit.

The initial wave of arrests was made Friday, June 7, with the remaining warrants issued the first part of this week.
