Willard “Pap” Saunders

Willard “Pap” Saunders of Foley died Monday, April 16, 2018.

He was a lifelong resident of Perry.

He is survived by: his loving sister, Leslie Williams of Jacksonville; his aunt, Margaret Cady of Panama City; two cousins, Linda (Johnny) Session of Tallahassee and Barbara (Joseph) Wiggins of Marianna; his goddaughter, Jerri Green and special friends Elaine and Willie Carter of Perry; caregiver for his sister, Lamar and Laura Williams; the people of the special loving community that he lived in and a host of friends and relatives.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 28, at 1 p.m. At Trinity Funeral Home of Perry. Interment will follow at Springhill Cemetery. The remains will lie in state at the chapel for two hours prior to the service.
