Sheriff yanks door open, pulls victim to safety

Taylor County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) Capt. Jimmy Cash makes it no secret he is a man of faith, but on Monday morning, he said a prayer he doesn’t know if he’ll ever repeat.

“I was just supposed to be going in and handling paperwork all day. So I prayed to appreciate the mundane, and to seize whatever opportunity came my way,” Cash said.
