Spradley, Devane join crowded race for District 3 seat

Two more people have entered the Taylor County Commission District 3 race, including newly-appointed Commissioner Steve Spradley and former commissioner Jody James DeVane.

Spradley was appointed to the District 3 seat by Florida Gov. Rick Scott to fill the vacancy left by the death of longtime Commissioner Frank Russell.
