$6.6 million secured for upgrades at Tidewater

The owners of Tidewater Apartments have once again secured $6.6 million in revenue bonds to go toward funding upgrades and rehabilitation for the 100-unit complex, a project many years in the making.

Tidewater’s owner, Perrytown Apartments, LLC, requested the bonds from the Escambia County Housing Finance Authority to fund the improvements.
