Election 2018: Two candidates drop out, two jump into county commission races

All 19 candidates who have currently filed for local offices have turned in their petitions before Monday’s deadline — including two new hopefuls, Cassie Lucille Buckley and Rhoda Ann Moehring.

New candidates may still file to run, but now they must pay the qualifying fee.
