Chowdhury is salutatorian

When Anika Chowdhury steps up to the podium Friday night to deliver her salutatorian address, she will complete a journey that began half a world away.

It was only four year ago that the 17-year-old moved to Perry from her native Bangladesh. Her biggest challenge when arriving here? Mastering English.
