Graduation to proceed as planned

The Taylor County High School Class of 2018 will hold graduation ceremonies as originally planned — beginning at 8:18 p.m. at Dorsett Stadium tonight (Friday) — hoping to avoid any bad weather associated with an approaching tropical weather system.

Commencement will be preceded by a reception in the TCMS gym at 6 p.m. In case of rain, graduation will be moved to the TCHS gym at the same time (8:18 p.m.) and the reception will be held in the TCMS gym at 6 p.m. Follow all the last-minute updates regarding graduation on Facebook @TCHS CLASS OF 2018 PARENT & SENIOR GROUP.
