A 22-year-old Perry man who eluded capture for the past four months by, at times, alledgedly dressing as a woman, was arrested in Georgia Wednesday morning, May 30, after local law enforcement investigators received an anonymous tips regarding his whereabouts.
Jarnell L. “Roosta” Coverson faces an active arrest warrant on charges of carjacking while armed and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He has also been named a “person of interest” in the murder investigation of Kashawn Davis, 27.
