County commissioners have voted to approve a pair of agreements with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) that will lead to widening and resurfacing two local roads.
After engaging in lengthy discussion concerning the county’s local paving priority list and ranking criteria at their recent May 7 meeting, county commissioners voted 5-0 to approve a pair of FDOT Small County Outreach Program (SCOP) agreements that will fund the resurfacing and widening of Slaughter and Gas Plant Roads.
