County commissioners have unanimously approved a revised “Pipeline Easement Agreement” with Georgia-Pacific, clearing the way for construction of a 15-mile pipeline as part of the Fenholloway Water Quality project.
The agreement will allow Georgia-Pacific to cross six different county roads in seven different locations, including: Smith Road, Jim Lee Road, County Road 30, CR 361 (Puckett Road), Cary Stephens Road (twice), CR359 (Golf Course Road) and CR 356 (Hampton Springs Road).
