War Eagles prepping for season, several teams accepting players

The Taylor County War Eagles, sponsored by the Boys and Girls Club, are looking forward to beginning their third season as a member of (AYF) American Youth Football league.

The War Eagles have over 70 athletes — ranging in age from 7 to 13 – who have been practicing hard and are anxiously preparing for their jamboree game scheduled for Aug. 11 at the Taylor County Sports Complex.
