County eyes new ranking system for paving needs

County commissioners could soon decide on a new objective ranking system to determine which unpaved county roads deserve to be surfaced.

Commissioner Pam Feagle first broached the topic in early June, stating, “We need some sort of system where someone can objectively decide which roads should be paved.”
