Mary Aline Hudson

Mary Aline Hudson, 100, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, July 3, 2018.

Mary was born March 19, 1918, in Opp, Ala. She was the daughter of The Rev. William Lonnie Windsor and Oley Henderson Windsor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, John Gordon Hudson Sr.; her granddaughter, Cheryl Wilford Smith; and her grandson, Zachary Cibik.

She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ethelene Whitbeck of Perry, Betty Irene Oliver of Monticello and Joanne Folsom of Tallahassee; her son, John Gordon Hudson Jr. (Betty) of Greenville; her 10 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 22 great-great grandchildren; and two great-great-great-grandchildren who knew her as “Nannie”.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, July 7, at Calvary Baptist Church in Monticello. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 7, at 1 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church in Monticello.

Arrangements are being handled by Beggs Funeral Home, Monticello Chapel.
