City manager candidates face council one-on-one

The Perry City Council conducted interviews with two city manager candidates Saturday, first in one-on-one sessions that morning followed by individual “sit downs” with the full council.

While no decision was made, the council was to consider its choices during a regular meeting Tuesday night after presstime. It was anticipated members would rank the two candidates before voting on one to enter into contract negotiations.
