Increased patrols flushed out four suspects who allegedly smoked synthetic marijuana just prior to a midday encounter with officers at Rosehead Park’s Grand Pavilion (adjacent to the Splash Pad) last Thursday, July 19.
“We have received complaints regarding possible drug use at Rosehead Park and have officers patrolling the park daily and nightly trying to alleviate the problem,” said Perry Police Department (PPD) Lt. Lin Gray.
