Thomas Fowler Jr., died Friday Sept. 21, 2018, at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in Tallahassee. Thomas was born Sept. 8, 1962, in Philadelphia, Pa., to Thomas Fowler and Emily Mangini Evernham.

Thomas was a 1979 graduate of South Philadelphia High School. In his spare time, he enjoyed building model cars and airplanes and listening to classic rock.

Thomas is survived by: his greatest achievement, his daughter, Tiffany Fowler of Philadelphia, Pa.; his wife of 19 years, Barbara Erb of Philadelphia, Pa.; his mother, Emily Mangini Evernham of Perry; two brothers, Nunzio Fowler of Philadelphia, Pa. and Robert Mangini of Tallahassee; two sisters, Lora Harrop of Perry and Dina Mangini of Tallahassee; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 6, in the Joe P. Burns Memorial Chapel. A service will also be held at a later date in Philadelphia, Pa.. Arrangements are under the care of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
