Caution: road work ahead on Hwy. 19

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is set to begin a resurfacing and drainage improvement project on U.S. 19 in Taylor County next week, weather permitting.

The $4.1 million project will take place between the Fenholloway River and U.S. 221 (State Road 55) in Perry. FDOT has hired Capital Asphalt, Inc., to handle the 3.5-mile project.
