‘Dogs end losing streak with shutout

The Taylor County Bulldogs’ football team ended a four-game losing streak Friday night by defeating Jefferson County, 34-0 in Monticello on the Tigers’ homecoming night.

The Bulldogs showed an offensive spark that has been missing throughout their past four games, while the defense allowed limited yardage and managed to deliver a shutout.
