Weather prompts mill closure at GP Foley

Georgia-Pacific’s Foley Cellulose mill is scheduled to temporarily shut down as a safety precaution in anticipation of the arrival of Hurricane Michael.

“We continue to monitor weather conditions closely as Hurricane Michael approaches the panhandle of Florida,” Foley Cellulose Public Affairs Manager Scott Mixon said Tuesday.
