Festival baby photo contest deadline is Friday, Oct. 12

Organizers of the annual Florida Forest Festival Baby Photo Contest remind moms and dads that this Friday, Oct. 12, is the deadline for entries.

The entry fee is $9, and photos must be enlarged to a 5×7 with a matted border. Only one photo per child can be entered, and the child must be alone in the photo. The photo also must have been taken after April 1 of this year.
Entries will be judged on uniqueness of photo, capturing the moment, baby showing personality and photogenic quality.

Winners will be announced at the Florida Forest Festival Little King & Queen Pageant planned this Saturday, Oct. 13, at Forest Capital Hall, starting at 6 p.m.

Entries may be submitted at Photos & Frames located at 102 East Main Street.

All entries and winners will be displayed at Photos & Frames — located in downtown Perry — through Festival Day, Saturday, Oct. 27.
