Iron Horse ‘Super Bog’ approved

The Taylor County Commission has voted to approve the “special event” permit necessary to hold the planned Oct. 18-21 “Super Bog” planned at Iron Horse Mud Ranch on Hwy. 19 South in Taylor County.

Local attorney Trey Howard, who represents Iron Horse Mud Ranch, addressed the commission at its Oct. 1 meeting, telling commissioners that Iron Horse’s special event permit application documents were in order, with the exception of a consent release from one adjacent property owner.
