Festival royalty crowned

With bright blue eyes sparkling and blonde curls shining in the spotlight, Elynn Lago clutched a bouquet of red roses and waited calmly while a blur of activity swirled around her.

“I like your crown,” a well-wisher said to the newly-named 2018 Florida Forest Festival Little Queen.

Lago was quick to offer a correction: “Actually, it’s a tiara.”
