Man walks out of store carrying stolen television

A would-be thief who brazenly walked out the front door of Walmart carrying a television fled when confronted by police and led officers on a foot chase that crossed four lanes of traffic before being captured with the assistance of a K-9.

Jacob Bruce Behling, 33, of Naples, posted a $70,000 bond and was released from the Taylor County Jail last Thursday.
