Scouts say ‘thanks’ to Kiwanis Club

The Perry Kiwanis Club welcomed Taylor County Cub Scouts and leaders from Pack 603 to the June 12 meeting. President Bobby Edwards, center, presented a check to Juanita Worthy, Cub Scout Committee Chair, continuing the club’s longtime support of scouting in this community. Outgoing Cubmaster Steve Wurgler, left, expressed appreciation to the club, as did Cub Scouts (from left) Joshua Wurgler, Jordan Nance, Gavin Williams and Mitchell Worthy.
