County re-names Rocky Creek Bridge in honor of WWII veteran Norman Holt

Just in time for Veterans Day, the Taylor County Commission has dedicated the Rocky Creek Bridge on Woods Creek Road after World War II veteran Norman H. Holt.

Holt served in the U.S. Army from March 11, 1943, until Nov. 28, 1945, assigned to the 27th Armored Infantry Battalion, 9th Armored Division of the U.S. Army. He was a Private 1st Class, and a Rifleman 734.
