New school now 85% complete

Construction of the new $19 million Perry Primary School (PPS) is nearly 85% complete, according to Taylor County School District Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator Dan Anderson.

As the local district closes in on the end of construction, tough decisions are being made to decide how the limited amount of remaining funds can best be used to accomplish a number of “wish list” items in final project.
