Interlude II
For the past two weeks, former Perry resident Russell Tedder has been serving as conductor on a ride through Perry’s railroad history.
Tedder, who was guest of honor at the Perry Historic Station’s grand opening in 2009, recently returned to Perry to donate four model trains to the city which are now displayed at Java Depot in the station. So far, we have looked at those models, representing the Live Oak, Perry & Gulf Railroad, the South Georgia Railway and Atlantic Coast Line Railroad’s Southland.
