Bridge dedication ceremony is Jan. 2

A dedication ceremony re-naming Rocky Creek Bridge on Woods Creek Road in honor of World War II POW and veteran Norman H. Holt will be held at the bridge today (Wednesday, Jan. 2) at 11 a.m.

Private 1st Class Holt served in the U.S. Army from March 11, 1943, until Nov. 28, 1945, as a Rifleman 734, assigned to the 27th Armored Infantry Battalion, 9th Armored Division.
