Traffic stop leads to 3 arrests in Steinhatchee

A routine traffic stop for a seatbelt violation led to three arrests, including two for drug charges, Thursday in Steinhatchee.

Six individuals – including two juveniles – were traveling in the burgundy Chevrolet Monte Carlo stopped by Taylor County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) Deputy Jordan Thigpen.

PHOTO: Methamphetamine and cannabis, along with needles and additional drug paraphernalia, were discovered during a traffic stop Thursday.
