Top Stories of 2018: Winds of change blow in local government

This past year saw unprecedented change in local government.

Both the City of Perry and Taylor County Board of County Commissioners saw change at the very top administrative levels, as longtime City Manager Bob Brown retired, and County Administrator Ted Lakey was terminated.
