Beginning with the 2019 season, the Taylor County Bulldogs will no longer have to compete as one of only two small public schools in Florida’s Class 3A — which has predominately featured private schools.
Instead, the Bulldogs are projected to be one of the biggest schools in their new Rural Class 1A classification, after the Florida High School Activities Association (FHSAA) unveiled the results of their most recent re-classification for the 2019 and 2020 football seasons this past Friday
