Opened in 1937, 4-H Camp Cherry Lake in Madison County has offered summer camp opportunities to thousands of youth over the decades from all across the state of Florida.
Due to the wear and tear experienced over those years, the Florida 4-H Foundation, in partnership with the University of Florida (UF) Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (IFAS) Extension, is undertaking a major renovation project to the camp’s main pavilion in 2019.
