Citizens State Bank to be sold

VyStar Credit Union announced Monday it has signed an Agreement and Plan of Merger to acquire Citizens State Bank (CSB), a fixture of Perry banking for more than half a century, with more than $280 million in assets.

Established in 1958, CSB has four locations: two branches in Gainesville, and branches in Perry and Steinhatchee.
