Parents lodge complaints with school board over Taylor Co. Middle School softball tryouts

Several parents of Taylor County Middle School (TCMS) girls appeared before the school board last Tuesday, Jan. 22 to express concerns over how tryouts for its softball team were held recently.

After hearing from Monique Mosley, Joy Bailey, Amanda Glover and Michael Jackson, school board members asked Superintendent of Schools Danny Glover Jr. and TCMS Principal Kiki Puhl to meet with TCMS Lady Bulldogs’ softball coach Jessica Carter concerning the complaints.
