Super-Pufft wants tax break for $20 million expansion

Super-Pufft Snacks USA, LLC, which re-opened the former Snyder’s-Lance plant in Perry last year, is considering a major expansion to its operations here, one that would include $20 million in additional equipment and produce as many as 100 new jobs over the next five years.

Representatives from the company, as well as the Taylor County Development Authority (TCDA), addressed the Taylor County Commission Monday evening, seeking a possible tax exemption to help ensure the expansion comes to Perry.
