The first pre-trial hearing for Kayla Pittman’s second-degree murder case has been delayed a month, after a “motion to continue” was filed by her attorney.
The hearing was originally set for Monday, Feb. 11, but her attorney filed a motion on Jan. 30 asking that the case be continued due to “ongoing discovery.”
