Jerry Lionel Frith Sr.

Jerry Lionel Frith Sr., 66, passed away on February 7, 2019, in Tallahassee, Fla. Jerry was born April 7, 1952, in Thomasville, Ga., to O’Neal Frith and Betty Lyons Frith.

Jerry honorably served our country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father, O’Neal Frith, and his sister, Pamela Frith Woods.

He is survived by three children: son, Jerry Frith (Lipika) Jr., daughters Amanda Frith Hope and Michelle Frith Frenton (Brody); seven grandchildren Kristopher, Bryanna, Terrell, Dartanion, Caitlin, Emily, and Maya Grace; sister Rhonda Frith Yeakley, brother Glenn Frith, his mother Betty Lyons Frith, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews               

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church with Pastor Billy Gipson officiating. Interment services will follow immediately afterwards in Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, February 11, 2019, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Big Bend Hospice House of Tallahassee.  All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
