Willie Edward Bodiford

Willie (Eddie) Edward Bodiford, 44, passed away on January 25, 2019, in Perry, Fla. Eddie was born June 1, 1974, in Perry, Fla., to Larry E. Bodiford and Nanci L. Reams, who preceded him in death. Preceding him in death also was his step-mother Karen A. Baumgardner.

Eddie did not work as he was disabled for most of his adult life due to a brain injury. Eddie was a loving son, father, brother, and husband and will be greatly missed. He loved to go fishing and sitting around a bonfire.

Mr. Bodiford is survived by his wife Krystal-Rose Bodiford; children, Destiny Jeni Sadler married to Dakota Sadler, Dustin Edward Bodiford, Kaleb Michael Lewis, Katelyn Rose Lewis, and Nanci Rose Elizabeth Bodiford; siblings, Robert (Gidget) Bodiford, Jason (Rayna) Bodiford, Shawn (Danielle) Bodiford, and Manual (Joanna)Ratliff; his step-father Gary Ratliff and step-mother Diana Bodiford; two grandchildren; two nieces and four nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at Perry First Church of God 1915 Jefferson Street, Perry, Fla., with Bro. Mike Burke officiating. For those that wish to attend, his ashes will be interned at Walker Cemetery in Lamont, Fla., immediately following the Memorial Service.
