4 Republicans, 1 Democrat in race

Four Republicans and a Democrat will face off in a pair of upcoming special elections to decide who will replace Halsey Beshears in the District 7 House of Representatives seat.

Two Republican women – including one residing in Taylor County – have announced they will seek the House District 7 seat.
