Pipeline project impacts Carlton Cemetery Road sooner than expected

Work on the Fenholloway River pipeline project will begin to impact motorists in the area of Carlton Cemetery Road over the next few weeks, according to Georgia-Pacific (GP) Foley Cellulose Mill officials.

Foley Cellulose Mill Public Affairs Manager Scott Mixon and Chet Thompson, Fenholloway Project Leader, were scheduled to give City of Perry officials an update on the 15.3-mile pipeline construction project at the city council’s Tuesday night meeting.
