Council declares Super-Pufft ‘targeted industry’ to assist with state tax credits

The Perry City Council approved a resolution last week recommending that local snack producer Super-Pufft Snacks USA, Inc., be approved as a “qualified target industry business” under state guidelines that would qualify it for related tax credits.

The resolution also included a request for a waiver of local financial support, based on the county’s rural size.
