Chamber awarded Visit Florida grant for local promotions

VISIT FLORIDA, the state’s official source for travel planning, has awarded an advertising matching grant to the Perry-Taylor County Chamber of Commerce for the 2013-14 fiscal year, which began July 1.

“The purpose of these grants is to help nonprofit entities and local governments stretch their tourism marketing dollars in an effort to expand cultural, heritage, rural and nature tourism activities in Florida,” said Will Seccombe, president & CEO of VISIT FLORIDA.
