New ownership and an emphasis on promoting safety and a family-friendly atmosphere resulted in a record crowd and very few incidents at Iron Horse Mud Ranch (IHMR) this past weekend.
Law enforcement staff working the event, supervised by TCSO Lt. Thomas Gunter, reported a laid back crowd and only a few incidents. Sheriff Wayne Padgett commended all first responders for their diligence in making the weekend as safe as possible.
“This weekend went awesome. There were no major problems, and we had a record turnout out of our first three events,” IHMR co-owner Kari Larson said.
