Steven Allen English

Steven Allen English, 48, went to his heavenly home on March 17, 2019 in Lakeland. Steve was born July 26, 1970 in Tampa to Felton Stanley English and Betty Jeffries English.

Steve worked for 28 years as a production manager in the corrugated box industry. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish, hunt and spend time making memories with his family. Steve also loved to spend time in Taylor County with his aunts, uncles, and cousins, riding the backroads touring the county, looking for an adventure.

Steve was preceded in death by: his father, Felton Stanley English.

Steve is survived by: his wife of 23 years, Wendy English; his children, Steven English, Jr., Laken Vargas (Zach), Ryan English (Leslie), Levi English (Bella), Kendall English and Erin English; his grandchildren, Austyn, Londyn and Dawson; his mother, Betty English; his brothers, Stanley English and Stuart English; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held today (Wednesday) at 1 p.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Elder Gary Blanton officiating. Interment services will follow immediately afterwards in Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 12-1 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
