Lien forgiveness? City to develop process, criteria

The Perry City Council dealt with a number of issues at its first meeting in March, ranging from lien forgiveness to new garbage trucks.

City Manager Taylor Brown asked council members for input on how to handle requests for lien forgiveness, noting that in the past, that decision had fallen to his office.
