Richard John Allen, 70, of Perry, died June 24, 2013, at his residence in Perry.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 9, at 11 a.m. at Bushnell National Cemetery. All arrangements are under the care of Joe P. Burns Funeral Home.
